When you say you are using bootstrap, are you using the bootstrap registry under HKCR>ZPxx? This is used for: instead of executing your originally requesetd script, it executes the bootstrap script, which must run the originally requested script after it finishes it's bootstrap duties. We are having problems with web connections when bootstrap is enabled.
