Thanks Thom.
Getting the process approved is what got us to place today. We have a meeting set tomorrow with our account manager at Boston. In short, we had the agreeement approved last November and we found out this month that it was revoked in December 2017 as being too generic. My manager was attempting to get that re-established when we received the cease and desist order from Epic and told that we need to work with Epic Robotic Process Automation team. That meeting happened this morning where they stated they will approve Boston to data scrape or to enter changes into Epic. Only way Epic automation team told us they would approve of Boston is to do something like Recondo does (no access to Epic). In that case, they will use our 837s, check claim status with the payer, and deliver a flat file for Epic to upload.
