Hello all.

We had that issue in the past, we were using BWS version 10.1771  into Virtual machines with OS XP and memory of 3 GB. We cannot find a solution so we downgrade the BWS to version 9. Recently we read from this page that the VM needs a minimum of 4GB RAM. Not sure if this is your scenario.
