Thank you so much!!  Replacing the comma in the third variable with the pipe sent both attachments as expected.

FileC = FileA & "|" & FileB works like a charm.

The solution is simple enough but still not getting results.  If I send each variable individually I get the e-mail with expected file.  When I concat them together with a comma separating them I get the e-mail but no attachments.

Is there a max length property to that parameter?  I am using an UNC path to the file(s) with one file having 84 characters in the variable and the other file having 82.  Add the comma and I get a length for that third variable of 167 characters.
